The crowning glory of the cocktail menu is the 'Casa Rita', our signature margarita, made with El Jimador 100% Agave Blanco Tequila, Cointreau Orange Liqueur and freshly squeezed lime juice, served frozen or on the rocks... or take up our delicious frozen Casa Rita and step up the flavour by adding mango, strawberry, raspberry or pomegranate.

The cocktail menu is focused on quality and freshness. We only use premium spirits & liqueurs along with fresh fruits and vegetables. Other speciality cocktails include a freshly squeezed Watermelon Margarita and spicy Habanero Chili & Lychee Martini.

Cantina Laredo is known for its love of tequila and offers a range of over 30 of the world’s very best, 100% Blue Agave varieties. These are sourced by a dedicated team who encourage guests to develop an appreciation of the spirit akin to that of the whiskey connoisseur.
