Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• The card is redeemable against food & beverages at any participating Cantina Laredo location in the UK.

• You may purchase a card for any denomination of £20 or more. You may top up your card at any time.

• The Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.

• The Card is like cash. Cantina Laredo cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or for any unused amounts on those cards. This card cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Cantina Laredo reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card in payment or part payment where it reasonably suspects that the card or any amount on it may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.

• Any available balance left of this card will be shown on your till receipt.

• This card and balance will expire 12 months after last card use or date of issue, whichever is the latter. Any unused balance on the card will be forfeited.

• Cantina Laredo will cancel the value of the gift card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser's Bank or Card Company for the initial purchase of the card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.

• Cantina Laredo reserve the right to add to or amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so for security, regulatory or other legal reasons. Reasonable notice will be given where possible.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
